Does anyone know what happened to this company?? Great product, great reviews. Voicemail is and has been full (can't) leave msgs) for months. No one ever answers phone or emails. Brother placed a small order, website acceptes orders and bills CC company, but nothing ever delivered. Can anyone shed and light on this company please???

I've sent them an email seven days ago and no reply. Called them on Monday, got a hold of the operator (I think from another company) and said that the people from Visualock are in the back machining and that he couldn't go back there at the moment. He had me leave my name and number... still no call back. I'm ready to order 3 locks and extra keys but wanted to know if there was a coupon code I can use.
