Saw this on FatWallet.

Not a bad price for the 9mm...even with shipping costs added in, it beats Ammoman's price. I don't have anything in .45ACP, so no clue if that's a good price or not. Also noticed some "ok" pricing on .223.

I paid $28 for some winchester personal defense ammo from bass pro and it was supposedly some of the low end PD ammo so I'd say good deal for 45 (considering current ammo pricing)

I have ordered from them before, no problems. They were always out of stock on most of the "good stuff" but they got stuff in every now and then. Good to see they have some good stuff in stock now. They had a limit of one box per order on most everything for a while, guess they opened it up.
