I think they are out of double hooks because I didn't see it listed. They do have two stage FCG's for $19, US made.

You are referring to the US made floor plates that are specific to polymer and bakelite AK mags. They are designed to fit only those types because the other US made metal floor plates will not. It will work with 7.62 bakelite mags, 7.62 polymer mags, and 5.45 polymer and bakelite mags.

Are the bakelite & polymer mags wider than metal mags where the floor
plates slip on ? If it's just a matter of bakelite mags having thicker rim,
than it'd be easy to modify to fit metal mags. Thanks for the info.
