Hmmm, mine was nearly instantaneous. You could try it again with a different email address to see if it works.

Mine as well (same as when they ran the promotion last month).

Did you write down the codes that appear on the page after you submit your e-mail address? They are the same as what is sent in the e-mail.

Worst case, try it again. Perhaps there was a mistake in the e-mail address......

By experience has been that everything from Cabela's is more expensive. I bought a scope yesterday. Cabela's price was $145. Midway's price for the same scope was $114. This has been the case for numerous buys.
