These are mede by Armalite, I have been told they work with DPMS but I have not tried the combo, so do not take my word for it, they are in stock at my suppliers. Shipping to me is 5-7 days. $10:00 shipping to anywhere in CA. after I receive it. I will not take any money if my supplier runs out. So If I take your order, you should be getting one.

I'm not aware of any Armalite lowers that are off-list.

Armalite AR-10 is specifically listed. And the Eagle Arms lowers say Armalite on them as well, which is a no-go.

I agree with ke6guj Armalite and Eagle Arms are strictly on the List under Appendix B. Furthermore DPMS uppers will not fit on a Armalite lower due to the 45 degree cut on it. The Armalite uppers may fit DPMS lowers and would look out of place but not the other way around.

If they are Aero precision than they're good to go.

Are they Aero? I think that all of the Armalite receivers are Armalite specific.
