Nice prices. In addition to adding a mag lock, the middleman FFL would need to pin and weld a longer flash hider/barrel extension on any of those 16" versions to meet the overall length requirement.

It does not have to be pinned and welded.

Definetly middleman as CDNN will not ship into California.

why? because the barrel minimum length is met already?

Actually, couldn't they just separate the parts and ship only the stripped part to your FFL and then you add a BB when you build it at home?

Yes, you only need the longer flash hider to meet the min OAL since its a 16" barrel.
