Damn and I really wanted a Draco....17 months ago... I remember how pissed I was that they decided to not include me (or skip me over) in the GroupBuy because I wanted a Draco and definitely not a Lancaster lol.

In any regard, for ALL of you who participated in this fiasco, and especially any of you who still don't have a paid-for rifle, it is important that you contact the Goodyear Police Dept. to let them know of your experience. At the request of several pissed off customers, they have recently begun to look closer into Lancaster Arms' operations. They need to hear from anyone who has had any problem dealings with Lancaster in the last year or two. This means you.

Guys, justice doesn't come often, and it doesn't come easy. Please stand-up and be counted. Lancaster is going to continue ripping people off until good people stand up and say "Enough!". In order to develop a case, the Goodyear Police need to have an idea of just how many people this company has ripped off. Several people have already contacted them, which is precisely why they are looking into Lancaster.

If you were part of this group buy, please contact Lt. William Newman at: BNewman@goodyearaz.gov . He is trying to piece together the puzzle that is "Lancaster Arms", and it would be helpful to his investigation if, again, you would stand-up and be counted.

If you don't want to contact him, that is certainly your perogative. Although that choice will only empower Lancaster to do this again to other people. Put yourself in others' shoes for a moment: I'm certain that if you were a future customer of Lancaster, and you got taken for a ride in the same manner, you would be disappointed (and maybe a little pissed) to hear that people who had previously been ripped off by them weren't willing to do anything about it when they had the opportunity handed to them.

There is such a thing as "right" and "wrong". And what Lancaster did to this group buy was just wrong. They took a lot of money knowing they couldn't deliver the product as specified. I don't think it's an exaggeration to call that "fraud". Especially since it's happened to so many other people.

Please do your part by contacting the Lt. and at least letting him know your story. Lancaster really needs to stop doing this to people, and you can and should play a role in that.
