Best deal on Federal 22lr 500 rounds

This is one of the best deal I found online. I am tired of going to walmart everyday and find out they dont have any 22lr in stock.

They are selling Federal .22 Long Rifle 40 grain 500 rd for $14.99 a brick
I ordered 4 bricks. After shipping is $80.36. Average out about $20 a brick shipped.

Any gun owner who does not support the NRA is a freeloader.

In a 22? Um... not so sure about that.. Most if not all of the target match 22 ammo is LRN.. and you don't hear about pardini's and other target grade guns gumming all up.. Likely cheap ammo gums things up but I would not neccesarilly say all LRN does that..

I dislike bore snakes since you are now running that same dirty thing through the barrel over and over.. all that it picked up last time is now running through the barrel again.. 22 barrels almost never lead up.. the actions may get dirty, but likely more 22 barrels have been ruined by overzealous cleaning than any ammo fired through them. My opinion, yours may vary..

Bore snakes work very well for me. If they get too dirty, put them into a sock and machine wash them. I don't believe bore snakes have any possibility of ruining a barrel.

Thanks! I've been almost out of .22lr for about six months now. Just ordered 4 bricks for myself.

This is the first time I have ordered from Dunn's, but man are they FAST. I placed my order at 10:00am, and received an email at 10:17am that my order has shipped! (The only one who has shipped to me faster is Jason at Gear Sector. He once shipped my order 13 minutes after I placed it.)

Finally, I will be able to shoot something without having to spend my entire paycheck.

My buddy and I recently went shooting and he shot corrosive yugo ammo through his Mosin and figured he could just piss in the barrel and call it a day. Several days later the bolt was rusted shut but I guess the fouling wasnt TOO bad.

That's not fair. I'd be willing to pay more than WW if 1) I knew they got it from a legitimate retailer, 2) paid that much themselves and 3) was desperate enough to pay more than what WW charges. Too bad WW is their obvious source 99% of the time.
