Alright, I am an OOS FFL. This is NOT the CA legal version from Springfield.
However, the only item that makes it illegal is the flash hider.
So I thought I would offer it to Calgunners for $1750 shipped without the flash hider.
This rifle is brand new. I had originally planned to keep it for myself, but since I dont even have any .308 ammo, it is just a safe queen.
It has never been fired. All I have done is put a few coats of pure tung oil on the stock.
This rifle has match parts including match grade barrel, tuned trigger assembly, front sight, and non-hooded rear sight. Also comes with one 10 round mag.
