Regarding the upper: "Safir Arms .410 AR-15 Upper", does anybody know if this will work with a regular .223/5.56 lower? I'm interested in getting this, but not if I have to mess up my regular lower, or buy another one.

Also, are there legalities regarding this? It IS a semi-auto shotgun with removable, does my BB keep this legal, being not "detachable"?

BB and I think that you're good to go. Just like a Saiga-12.

I think it is required to have a fixed stock, even with a BB.. Shotguns have some different AW laws.
