I don't get it. Why would you pay for gas, Cali sales tax and stand in line when you can simply buy the same ammo from Miwall's internet seller and have it come to your door?
I just had 1k rounds of Miwall ammo delivered 2 weeks ago cheaper than what I would pay at the local gun show.

Showed up about 11:30 .. waited maybe 30-40 minutes tops to get in. They were very organized - when you show up they give you an index card with a number on it. It worked like a niteclub .. only so many inside at once. As people left they would let new people inside in batches of 10. They had probably 10 checkstands setup .. I think I waited maybe 1-2 minutes for an open register.

I heard it was a little crazier earlier in the day, around 8:30 - 9:00. I'm glad I didn't show up that early as it would have been twice as painful having to deal with all of those people on top of the high prices.

Some of us don't like cases of ammo delivered to their homes. Its nice to get out too. And sometimes its just fun to go to gun shows and such to visit with fellow enthusiasts. I like buying at gun shows just to support the cause.

We got there a little before 8 and were around 190, but didn't get in until almost 10, just a ton of people there. Prices were about what I expected, .22lr was way high, the .40 HP I got was right on target, maybe even a little cheaper than I'd hoped. They had cases of commie bloc silver tip 7.62x54r for $195.95, which isn't great, but isn't bad either. I know we (not me ) snagged the last of the factory? bulk .308, at least at the time. They had TONS of ammo, but things were going fast, more than one guy was making the dolly trip loaded up with 10K+ worth.

Did anybody take note of how much their .40 S&W reloads were? I'm hoping I don't have to kick myself for not going!

Glad to hear a little feedback. I wanted to go.....but stuff happened....and decided doing fun stuff with my son was a priority after my wife jacked my schedule not leaving time for both.

Anyone post the link for Miwall's web outlet? Any thoughts on where to find cheap .22?

              Thanks!
