i agree, even the 400$ for PMC would be a good deal, but even that isnt a good deal.

I live in LA county and work in Orange County. Plenty of vendors ship ammo to me at either location... strange.

I find it strange as well. There are companies out there that will ship to anywhere in California and there are some which will only ship to certain areas in California.
