The SJGE has uppers in stock about 10+ High standard uppers 16" barrel 1/9 twist flat top uppers price is around 600.00-700.00 . Complete minus the bolt they do have charge handle's. Bolts will be in stock in the next week or 2 going for around 210.00-240.00 range.

Bushmaster uppers 1/9 ROT 16" barrels mostly carry handle's I think there were 2 flattops but They might have been sold already.
