I ordered some 5.45 30 round mags and had my FFL mod em. They're beautiful. Hmmm I should prob take some pics. I believe 223 mags work as well but I don't know first hand.

you would order 5.45 x 39 mag rebuilds from 44mag.com

then mod them, never assemble into a complete mag that can hold more than 10 rounds before you mod them
