What's the lowest pounds or ounces for the trigger?

      Trigger weight

It varies with each trigger, but safe pull weights for stock triggers are between 3.4 and 4.5 pounds. The average is about 4 pounds. A "safe" pull weight means that, if the gun is dropped or jarred, the disconnect will hold firm and the hammer won't drop. Lower pull weights risk doubling, at best, and unintended discharge, at worst.

That said, the average pull weight of a stock AR trigger group is between 7 and eleven pounds, and is variably gritty with a lot of take-up. I work all the constituent parts in the lower, assuming they are in good working order, of course. That way, your heavier mil-spec springs will always give positive primer strikes.
