We have finished moving, have our updated FFL in hand and can resume handling middle man transfers for you guys here on CalGuns. The pricing structure is below. It is slightly different from what it was before but we feel it is still extremely fair for the service.
Middle man transfer 1st firearm. - $15.00
Additional firearms shipped at the same time. - $10.00
Shipping - Actual USPS Priority shipping and Insurance.
(Most hand guns ship for under $18.00 with insurance. Rifles length packages could be as much as $40.00 depending on weight and destination. I have not had one go over $40.00 yet. Shipping is purely dependent on weight and destination. I have a commercial account with USPS and get the best rates possible.)
Labor. We are starting to charge a small fee for misc labor. Disassembling and repackaging firearms, installing mag locks and other tasks required to facilitate these middle man transfers takes time and we need to recoupe something on that. Our minimum labor charge is $10.00 and that will cover 99% of the labor involved in these transactions. That can increase if we are talking about multiple firearms in a transaction. We will discuss that on a case by case basis.
When contacting dealers and having them ship to us, please ensure that they have our new address on file.

If they don't have our current info, contact us and we will get them an updated copy of our license. Moving an FFL is a pain in the butt and we appreciate every ones patience while we transitioned over to our new location.
Hours of operation.
We are closed to the public on Mondays & Tuesdays. We are entering in to more of a manufacturing role and our internet business has increased. We use these days to take care of packaging orders for shipment, engraving, refinishing and other misc projects. If we are in the shop and available on those days we will answer. Otherwise lave a message and we will return your call when we return to business on Wednesday.
Wednesday through Friday we are available from 10:00am to 5:00pm
Most Saturdays from 11:00am to 3:00pm unless we are working a show.
