Good luck getting a response from them, and if you call them they just lie and say things like.. oh yea its already on the truck.. when somehow it never ships, or a umm they are still sorting it, or it got buried under other orders. If you do get a response it will be some fabricated lie. I had a huge problem with them a while back with some items, long story short had to file credit card dispute to get my $ back from them, waste of three months and a whole lot of paperwork headaches.

I had done business with them in the past, but my last transaction with them went way sour and I refuse to buy anything from them again. They are the only business I know who actually hates return customers
