Thats a bunch of garbage. If you're buying too many of one item and they state 1 per customer I could see it, but just buying too much stuff is unbelievable.

I talked with the owner and it came straight from his mouth. He said...oh it is one of you 5 or so and then went off on me. He is shutting us down. I was going by the rules and order just one upper and $400 worth of accessories.

My advice is just stick to what you must have and split up the orders over a period of time. There are plenty of other shops that want the business. This guy just needs to retire and get out of the business. Must be worn out and angry from all the shows they used to do as it states on their website.

There is no tracking from last order I placed yesterday, so I am done with them. No more telling my friends on calguns to buy from them. No more word of mouth.

Everyone, check your invoice and make sure it is the same as what they charged you.

Don't know about being shut down,as mentioned never had a problem w/ PK, you guys just need to chill out, you should understand that they get thousand of orders and get swamped, why do you have to call everytime you order??? you're not the only customer , it takes process and calling to follow up an order that you just made is ridicilous, here's an advice, place order, put on cart click and just wait till you order gets shipped. They ban customers for ordering to much stuff? With most other retailers I usually get better service and specials when I order more stuff.

PKFirearms have 20 inch uppers right at this moment- a bushmaster an a RRArms, both with quadrails.

                BANNING CUSTOMERS

I have only ever called them once (yesterday) and that was to figure what happened to 3 orders I placed, some as old as a week ago. All of my orders are placed online and all of them that have shipped successfully have been shipped within 1 to 2 days max.

They are not shipping items to me and at least 5 others on calguns anymore. This is this is the point I am trying to get across. They ban people from buying from them. Period! If you don't believe me then you may be finding out a couple of orders down the line. I'd rather you all not find out the hard way so I am giving you advice to limit your orders with them so they don't ban you.

I am taking my business elsewhere. I have the right to buy firearms and firearm parts from where ever I want and I guess he has the right to refuse service.

Just a thought, maybe they banned you because they noticed all the uppers you were buying (if they all did come from PK), than reselling them here on Calguns. Obviously he isn't going to know if you were reselling them or not but could throw a red flag in his mind and he decided to put an end to it if that is indeed what he is thinking.

Maybe Paul logged in here and saw that you just resell all the uppers you buy here on CalGuns for a profit. I have done business with PK for many years and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Is this correct? it's clearly stated limit one per customer, obviously, there something more to it just being banned and theres always two sides of the story. spill the beans.

oh and I just don't buy this statement.

I don't think he checks calguns. Either way I get uppers from all over the place, not just PK Firearms. PK does not sell CMMG and Spikes, nor Armalites that I have sold here. Nor have I sourced the 6.8SPC from RRA that I have posted now.

What happened was he saw a number of us ordering all at once over a period of a week recently which caused it. Last week and recently they had a lot of different stuff. I think you all recall that and I ordered some of them.

The whole funny part about it was that last order I placed for an 18" Bushmaster upper was for me and not resell or trade. I explained this to him on the phone and the order. There were $400+ worth of accessories on there as well for that upper and builds I have going.

As I have mentioned to everyone that has bought from me, I do not make big profits on the uppers I sell. All the proceeds go towards new rifles I am building for myself and my family. I try to supply well needed uppers to the rest of here out in CA at the best price I can based on what price I can get them here for, far below any ripoff gun show prices and typically below the gun store prices that I see out there when they actually have anything.

I am not all that concerned with it anymore as there are many other sources to get hard to find items and the backlog is lessening from some manufacturers.

Check my feed back as my buyers will vouch for me. Either way, this thread is not about me, it is about informing others about what could happen to them. I hope it doesn't happen to you all as well.

Wow, I just got and email from them and they actually shipped that last order I placed yesterday for one upper and a bunch of parts. I guess he thought about it some more.

So use my case as a warning of what can happen if you order too much from them. They definitely canceled 3 orders of mine from the past week, but no hard feelings as I know where they stand now.
