Vortex is known for packing features into their optics without breaking the bank. The SPARC AR is no different. With an integrated mount that comes with adjustable shims for different co-witness height, the SPARC AR is a sharp 2 MOA Red Dot Sight for shooters on a budget. This optic will do nearly all of what an Aimpoint does at 1/3 of the price. I will say you won't get the legendary Aimpoint toughness that can survive blasts and drops from a helicopter (as tested by the LAV) and you won't get as insane of battery life, but 5,000 estimated hours with a single lithium AAA battery is not too shabby at all!
