Big 5 E-Member Coupon

I just got my Big 5 E-Member coupon for $5 off a purchase of $25 or more. They are having a sale on 9mm WWB for $25.99, so you save yourself a pretty little penny if Wal-Mart is all out.

Think I'll stroll down Big 5 sometime this week.

Says excludes firearms.. dont know if that includes ammo too or just the actual guns

Their coupons do not exclude ammo, If they try to say it does, have them reread the coupon. It says nothing about "excludes ammo". I almost got into it with a big 5 manager about it. Firearms are NOT ammo, just like ammo is not a firearm. Don't let some fool try to say other wise. It has to say "ammunition" on the coupon, which it doesn't.

They are even good if the ammo is on sale. I have used them in Monterey, Watsonville and Salinas. Actually cleaned them out of 9mm and 223 in Watsonville and Monterey. If the manager disagrees ask him to call corporate. I don't know if true for all Big 5 but the Monterey store gets new ammo shipments in on Thursday mornings. The manager there is a progun shooter and all around nice guy.

Some of the coupons are good for like 20% on one item or 10% on all items. I print out copies of both for each store I go to and use whatever appropriate. They only had 1 box of 223 and I got 20% off that. I got 20% off the 9mm party pack they had in another store. Sometimes I send my wife in with a coupon too. It may be somewhat misleading to claim I cleaned them out as they do not have a lot t o start out with.

Coupons work fine in Bakersfield Big-5 for ammo.
