                These are not on the roster. Only the single stack Type M compact is on the roster. And they are rare, not in production since ~2004. And factory mags are unicorns.

                Now maybe you can sneak this model by some FFL, but who is on the hook when this import goes FUBAR?

                Technically, LEO only can import this into CA.

                And USA vs Italy made has nothing to do with Beretta listings on the roster, at least not when two guns are otherwise identical and the model is on roster. It may be that some roster configs are now only made in the USA.
