            I am the owner of Spinta Precision and I am a little confused. I got down to the bottom of this. We called you back in less than 1.5 hours after you left us a message and also responded to your email about that same time when looking at our logs. Chris called twice and also left you two messages all within 1.5 hours of you leaving a voicemail. Since Gunmegeddon, we have been getting bombarded with phone calls, but we return every single call in a timely manner.

            Yes, we had about 50 bcg with a roll pin issue that went out and is our fault. The extractor pin is slightly thin and would cause the pin to work loose. We take full responsibility and make sure everyone with any issues get taken care of. We are not a company that does not stand behind our product. I looked at your account and it seems like a replacement is already being shipped to you. If you ask any of our customers, you will not find ONE single customer that has never been happy with our customer service.

            I call and all you get is a voicemail with some guy with a thick accent telling me that they'll call back, but of course that isn't the case. I'm just really pissed that people do that, they sell you junk then ignore you when their sh1t parts fail. I don't care if they want to sell cheap inexpensive parts, but at least take care of your customers when things fail. All I want is him to reply and send a replacement extractor and pin.

            And for those wondering, I put 1 round of Federal brass cased new factory ammo. Everything installed correctly, it is not the first 9mm build I put together. I always run New Frontier's parts but they were out of stock on the bcg so I came across that site and they were local in Cerritos, CA so I took a chance on them. Biggest mistake ever. I'm going to do a chargeback if I don't hear from them by tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Just thought I'd share my experience with you guys in case anyone decided to do business with these people.

              You never called us earlier in the week, never left a voicemail. I have call logs that can show proof. I have email logs that can also show proof that you did not email us about this issue till today. We have one email from you this morning and one phone call this morning and nothing before that. Since you use google voice, please take a screen shot of your log calling us earlier this week and I will digress. I just double checked after reading your post and we see nothing and we don't see a previous email in our junk mail either.

              You left a message before we got into the shop. When we settled in the shop, we returned your phone call. We didn't see your post till after lunch. I wish it didn't have to come to this either, but what you say does not represent what we stand for as a company. You will never find anyone that says we ignore a email or don't resolve any issues. Customer service has been the core of this company.
