I just placed an order, but I would like to know what case these are coming with? Is it the aluminum box, or the canvas bag like the mk23?

Also, an earlier post on hkpro said that they were showing out of stock. Since then, several people, including my self have been able to place orders. Is everyone who placed a deposit guaranteed delivery?
