Holster description - Inside the waist band or outside the waist band

Firearms Holsters has innovated a very versatile hybrid holster! This holster can be worn inside the waistband or on the outside… By simply removing the belt clips you also have a nice belt slot holster, with the firearm on a 15 degree forward cant. It also can be adjusted for cant and ride height when using it as an inside the waistband holster! This allows you to use the same holster for warm weather wear inside the waistband, or cold weather wear, when moving the gun outside the waistband under a cover garment such as a jacket makes your weapon more accessible. This is also perfect for shooting sports such as IDPA.

Firearms Holsters has innovated this hybrid holster to maximize comfort, concealment, and speed. First, there is a rubberized backing to eliminate moisture wicking through the leather!….This feature was a recommendation from a gentleman in Miami…..and we felt it made perfect sense to take a bit more time to add a feature which will protect your firearm for at least 6 months out the year in hot climates! We at Packin’ Fur Defense believe you will feel it makes sense too.

Secondly, a layer of fleece covers the rubber to aid in comfort! Gavin says “ I don’t know about you folks but if leather comes in contact with any bare skin I feel like a mule harnessed up to plow a field all day long!” Again listening to customers, Firearms Holsters added the belt slots too, which was a recommendation by another customer to make the holster more versatile!

Quality materials are used throughout the holster with a craftsman’s eye to detail. From top grain vegetable tanned 7-8 ounce cowhide rated as #1 Grade or A grade, hand dyed to create a unique style statement. The fleece backing is thin enough not to bulk the overall width of the holster but still maintains comfort. Likewise the rubberized backing between the leather and fleece is only 40 mil thick….or just under 1/16 of an inch. The holsters are sewn with industrial grade nylon/polyester. The stitching ensures two things; It cinches the rubberized backing and the fleece in place and the contrasting color simply adds a nice cosmetic extra!

The hardware is all steel…belt clips, screws, rivets…everything!
