Your barrel and receiver choices should be good ones. get a decent bcg and a larue trigger (excellent sub-$100 2 stage trigger). Aside from these items, the rest of the pieces can be generic. One major thing to know, though, is that 1 moa from even a good AR with bulk ammo is a huge ask. Consider that match grade ammo is ~$2 a round. My hand loads for my 1/2moa rifle are under 60 cents, and thats with virgin brass. Even the best factory ammo wont guarantee good accuracy- its all about finding what your rifle likes. I went down this rabbit hole a few years ago. No matter how accurate my rifle was, I wanted more. A good barrel, and mostly reloading is what got me there. Its worth noting that this same rifle was shooting 4-5 moa groups with the same bullet, brass, and barrel- the only difference was the powder type. Find what your rifle likes and youre gonna have a lot of fun shooting.

Older thread I know but I dont see an update from OP re a purchase, if you are still looking I would second the vote for WOA, you can get a reasonably priced complete upper from WOA that will exceed what you are looking for in terms of requirements."If you have them by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow"Comment
