    30 Nosler

Interested to see what this cartridge can do. Can't find too much info on it yet.

I've always liked non belted magnums.

So it's a faster 300WSM? Seems like the 300WSM has enough speed.
weg: That device is obsolete now. They replaced it with wizards.
frank: Wait a minute. There are more than one wizard? Is [are?] the wizard calibrated?

Yeah but the added cases capacity would allow the 240 gr SMK to be used at a reasonable velocity and that puppy has a .7 something BC

It will be interesting what this has to offer, but my hopes aren't up yet. i need to see a lot of testing before I consider it.

              28 Nosler and berger 195s going 3,000-3100 fps....nuff said

The 195s have a BC of .755 G1 and .387 G7. The only thing that beats that in Berger's line of bullets is their .338, 300gr bullet.

Nothing a 7mm Mag won't do or he'll even Nosler's own .280AI is just a hair under that at 2900

True and if you really want more well there is .300 mag

Just do not understand these. Just fads.

The brass will always be super expensive.

Some of the 30-06 improved loadings can get near the same performance.

It sounds like a beltless 300 Weatherby as far as its performance so we need to see if the primer pockets will last on the Nosler brass or fail like Norma brass.
