Hey man, I just picked up the 80% arms jig and 80% lower today. Finished and got my rifle lower assembled on a matter about three hours. All I uses the simple and router and drill gun. I couldn't be happier.

Here's more love for 80% Arms. I used their jig and my lower came out like others I had done on a mill.

If you have a mill then the jig you're looking at should work fine. If you only plan on using a drill press you are unlikely to have a well finished final product. The 80% Arms jig uses a router with an end mill attached. The jig is really well made, and plenty of thought went into its creation as you will find out. Follow the directions and you'll end up with a great lower receiver.

That's what the website says. Probably because they have a better product and great customer service. I suggest it's worth the wait as mine has made something over 20 lowers and the competition I tried lasted 2.

Wow you guys are awesome, thanks for the support!

We are three weeks backordered right now because frankly people are ordering jigs faster than we can manufacture them. We're doing everything we can to minimize the wait time. The backorder will be getting shorter soon because we have significantly expanded our machine shop's production capacity over the past month to help us keep up.

Awesome, we're here to help if you have any questions about the build process. If you do not already have a router you own or can borrow, we recommend this one: http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
