So here is what I have come up with on the interwebs for cutting 1911 bow ties:
1. The cut should be only a couple thousands deep. (I just realized I could measure the depth of my Colt... but haven't yet... I'll revise the post later and post the actual depth of a Colt cut, unless someone else has it handy).
2. Can use this tool, and preferred method is to cut by hand.
Ok, so here's what I don't know:
1. If using a mill, what size end mill would you use? Also, what length?
2. Any other tips?
