Request Advice On 2-Axis DRO For Milling Machine

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I'm probably going to be getting another milling machine (a used one) that will be used ~ 2-3 hours per month.

All I need is basic x and y readings.

Which DRO do you recommend for such occasional use?

I've seen some 2-axis DROs that sell for ~ $500.00

Would one of them be OK if used < 50 hours per year?

DRO pros is about the lowest end I would go if you want any kind of quality
