Why are there tons of unrelated pictures, and the only one of the internals is really hard to see.

Besides looking like it was in a fire seems like the serial number plate is missing, which altering the serial number or removing it is illegal fyi.

Maybe should not post a picture of that on a public forum.

You can paint over the serial number as long as the paint is not so thick it fills in the numbers.

The legal way is to mask it if you feel the paint will make the serial numbers unreadable.
