    ak-builder pistol

    I was wondering f anyone here has built an ak-builder pistol kit, and if so how were you able to mount the handguard

    Lower handguard mounts with the included hand guard retainer. If you're asking about the upper hand guard. There is none.

      the problem is the front retainer does not move so your mounting in between two fixed objects

        Looks like the flash hider holds the hand guard retainer on. Did you remove the flash hider?

            Yes I removed the flash hider and according to ak-builder if will slide offf , so I guess the question may be can I tap this off lightlty with a rubber mallet, and thanks for the help
