Hello all, I own a Century Arms C39 Sporter AK-47, as most who have held this rifle know it comes with an unusually long stock. This would be fine except for the fact it uses Polish style hardware which is next to non-existent.
Finally I found a Tapco 6 point adjustable stock for milled recievers that according to some reviews will fit with a little modifications.
The issue is my receiver has a top and bottom lip that fasten to the stock. The bottom lip is in the way of allowing the stock to seat properly.
I need to do some cutting and was wondering what tool is best to cut that lower lip? Is a dremel enough or should I bust out the grinder wheel with a cutting disk? What would you guys do?
Thank you!
