Benelli M2, lifter install help. Cannot load shells

I installed the Taran Tactical modified lifter, and now cannot load shells.

They seem to be unable to be inserted into the mag tube.

What can be going on?


I also totally disassembled the entire gun, down to the last pins, to install the safety and hammer spring, and new modded shell catch/latch.

OK, will take it to Taran. Fixed.

Either you assembled it wrong, or the lifter needs to be trimmed to clear the follower.
I bet I can fix it.
