      you're not charging enough, not a contributor or sponsor, and wrong forum. should go in the services offered section. be very careful working on guns without an FFL. best bet is to go check out some local shops and see if you can get in working for one of them offering your services that way you are working under their FFL

        Only if the work is done on site.

        Too many places try it that way but if the firearm is worked on outside of the property of the licensed Smith or shop and outside his possession it's a transfer and the other person or shop needs a FFL to do the work.

        Technically any person working on any part of a gun they do not own is gunsmithing if they are being compensated for it in any way.
