Need help with shaving front sight

    Hello Calguns,

I am in need of some one who can help me shave down my front sight to make it a low pro gas block. It does not seem to hard I just dont have the proper tools. If any one has experience in this and can help me that would be great. I live in Upland , I am willing to drive and will compensate for your time.

    Thank you!!

I am amazed to see all the different "gunsmithing" tools required/needed to work on AK's.

Well to build an AR all you need is the armors manual and a brain dead Marine Armor. You can sub a six year old that has experience with lego's or snaptite kits.

Now an AK Well you gotta be a little bit Blacksmith, a little bit machinist, a little bit Gunsmith, Sheet metal worker, Welder, Riveter, Millwright. Book worm to find and sift through all the info. and most of all persistent to see it through to completion.

                    You bet.

On that note a new low profile gas block is cheep and easy to install
