Mauser hand guard

I looked in SARCOS and NUMERICH with no luck but I am looking for the metal clip that is on the underside and rear of a upper Mauser ( 98) hand guard that attaches to the barrel and keeps the handgurd in place. It will be going on a short Columbian Mauser. I suspect I could just use full sized hand guard and just adapt it to the shorter Columbian dimentions..it is dark brown ( not black )

It's part of the rear sight base. You'll have to replace the whole thing.

My bad. I was thinking 98k. Did you mean this clip?



Numrich and Sarco have them on handguards but I didn't see them alone. Check ebay.
