    PSL barrel populating question

I'm trying to press a standard PSL RSB on the new barrel pictured. The new barrel is 23mm at the RSB but the stock barrel is about 22.5mm so the stock RSB doesn't fit.

    Do I:
    1. Find some one with a lath to turn down the barrel
    2. Buy a larger diameter RSB? Which one?
    3. Open up the existing RSB .5mm? How? Drimmel?
    Or?

    Thanks,
    Erv
