Is replacing the extractor on a post 64 top eject model 94 terribly tricky? I'm pretty mechanically inclined (built plenty of engines, motorcycles and bicycles) and was going to pick up a new set of hollow ground screw driver bits anyway but I've never really done anything more complicated than building an AR or replacing the locking block and springs on a pistol.
Alternatively, if it's pretty quick and easy I might just take it into a smith anyway to alleviate the 'OMG I'm going to scratch the reciever' anxiety I get when looking at those screws, though I do like to DIY...
