scope mount

Friend of mine has ss Interarms Virginian Dragoon 44mag he would like to scope up. Anyone have an idea as to what mount to use. He knows he will prolly have to drill and tap, but for which mount?
Could the top be milled for Ruger rings.

My advice is don't

If you want a pistol to put a scope on buy a redhawk and be done with it.

You will have to drill and tap and it will be a custom mount
