Lightweight barrel recommendations?

So I'm working on my first AR-15 build and was interested in seeing what y'all can recommend in regards to a lightweight barrel.

Looking for a 14.5" length but not sure about chrome lined/non-chrome lined/cold hammer forged, etc. since I honestly don't know that much about them in the first place. Main purpose for this will be to shoot at the range maybe once a month or so. Budget wise, I'd like to keep it under $200 but am open to hearing your thoughts on any barrel.

I just got a Daniel Defense 14.5" lightweight (1.25 lbs) from Midway on sale for $249. It's the lightest AR I have at 5 lbs. For less weight, check out Voodoo barrels made by Adams Arms. Those are melonited, but they are not CHF like DD are.

Thanks for your responses. It's just confusing when I see price ranges anywhere from $80-$300, and I can't find out a clear difference between them. I see parkerized, cold hammer forged, chrome lined.
