Saiga conversion help--Bay Area

Hello, I was wondering if someone in the Bay Area could help me with pressing out the Saiga gas block and FSB for an AK-74 style 90* and FSB.

Im wondering if someone has a hydraulic press or something like that?

I'll bring some beers (is that fair?)

I dont want to buy a press and stuff like that that I will literally only use once, and not to mention I don't have any room for it in my house. I have all the parts for my project, but I dont own a vise or hydraulic press.

It must be really hard to find a good AK gunsmith in the bay area because I have had about half a dozen people drive down here to see me for while-you-wait service.
