What kind of barrel was it? Wind river, Lilja, McMillian, Walther ....?
Was there an obstruction in the barrel?

Don't know any details about it. Buddy just texted me the pic. But you can tell by the spend casings on the ground they squeezed off a few rounds before it went.

That picture was reportedly to be of a rifle that was being tested with the bore obstructed deliberately. it was done to prove the action was sound. Old pic too from 2009

This was a test. Why would you ever think anyone would be dumb enough to shot it while holding it. Gun was scrapped to a stand in a bech and fired remotely
