So I finally decided to build a carry handle rifle I've always wanted. I love te simplicity and the look of them. Upon taking it out for a function test, I had failures to feed and even two rounds with the bullets pushed back into the case. I attribute this to the combination of the bullets and loading process. I returned home and decided to put matching feed ramps into the a2 receiver which did not have them. Will test again this weekend and report back, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out considering all I had was a dremel and hand tools.

I like that classic look myself,if you have AR's i think you should have at least one basic carry handle build.

Hope your feed ramp Mod clears up the issues.
