Anybody have a jig to fit a billit lower I can borrow in Monterey area. Or if that's touchy than sell cheap so I can pass it on cheap.

All billets have different OD's so it would help if you told people what kind it is.

Drill all those before you mill out the fire control pocket.

I am not sure I was clear. What company made the 80%. That will tell people what jig to let you borrow. The outside dimensions on billet are not mil-spec normally and they have special jigs per company.

You can make most jigs fit most companies lowers if you modify a little bit. So if you can get your hands on any jig you could probably make it work.

While my jig is not as fancy as AR15Barrels it does have 5 independently adjustable clamping points with variable pressure as well as non marring coating.

I dont have a mill so ill need a jig for the side holes . Im sure that other tool works great for handies. Ill need a mill or jig to finish my lower. Thanks gor the offer
