    tooling recomendation

I have finally come to the conclusion after trying different triggers and buying a Dan Wesson Heritage to take apart and measure that I need to cut the slot where the trigger bow rides in my Tactical Machining 1911 frame.

The slot is not machined far forward enough for the trigger bow. correct me if I am wrong, the radius of the cut is supposed to be .27 and is measured from the grip safety pin centerline to the center of the R.27 cutter.

Question is, what tool would you recommend I buy to make this cut in my mill?

This is the slot that needs to come forward .045

An EDM I don't think there is any way to get to it with conventional machine.

Ok so I did some thinking and what is needed is a special ground cutter two flute with correct diameter to meet the radius requirement.

the reason for the two flute is so you can get the cutter down in there and back out
