Just got this stock from stockysstocks for my 10/22 and was wondering if this is normal or does it need to be exchanged. I called them and they said its normal and to sand it down.
The material mushrooms up and Im not too sure if it allows the receiver to sit flush or if it elevates a little bit.
Would a Volquartsen bedding kit fix it or do I try and get a new stock from stockys or B&C?
I just expected better quality for a $200 Bell & Carlson stock
