need help with colfax lower

Would be glad if some one in orange county California would like to make extra money to help me with my Colfax lower receiver, help milling .I don't own any real equipment to complete this lower.

You do know that YOU must be the person completing the 80% lower to be legal? You can't pay someone else to do it for you. That violates federal law with respect to "making" a firearm for your personal use.

Then why did you buy the lower if you don't have the tools to complete it????
