So I talked to kvar and found out what their CA issues are.

Evidently they won't ship FA bolt carriers to CA residents. This is why they won't ship parts kits to CA residents...because of the bolt carrier and the hammer.

They are under the impression those parts are illegal here.

They will how ever ship parts kits and FA bolt carriers to CA FFLs if they sign up as a KVAR dealer.

Meh I got my local dealer to play ball with them �� and get dealer pricing.

I have a guy in Texas who orders their stuff for me, all I have to pay is for the extra shipping.

they do have really nice kits though.

I'm always torn with KVAR. I hate giving money to companies who have abandoned us, but their quality of things has me wanting to order from them often.
