    New Barrel Rough Chamber

I bought an LR308 match barrel from a "mid-high end" vendor.
Accuracy is not very good; kind of disappointed.
Spent brass shows chamber reamer either chattered or for some reason gouged the shoulder area.
What would you all recommend ?
Ask the manufacturer to replace/rework ?
Do you think the shoulder deformation will limit case life for reloading ?
Is it likely this (or other) chamber issues is the cause of +2 MOA best grouping ?

Thanks in advance for any insight !

Give me some examples of "mid high end" vendors so I can understand what you mean.
That looks like some red-x crap...

Update- mfg replaced barrel, no argument or hassles at all. Replacement is top quality with very good accuracy. Great company, willing to stand behind their products.
Sorry- I don't want to name them here and create any negative public perception from the original post.

well you can name them know.
As it is not the quality product that they put out that makes them great it;s the way they react to a screw up that count's. Sound's like they owned it a took care of it.

I'd actually like to know who it was to know that they stand behind there stuff

                  PM me please
