I work on AR's daily and I own a LOT of specialized tools so take my advice for what it's worth...
There are NO good multi tools that REALLY do everything well.
Each one does something good, but there is no magic bullet.
My "go to" barrel nut wrench for standard AR barrel nuts is the DPMS.
I have not found any better wrench than that.
All the other "functions" on it are sub-par.
The 3/4" wrench is too wide to fit behind a crush washer so it will give you two flats on the crush washer if you use it.
All the multi tools have this same problem so I have a dedicated 3/4" thin head wrench that I use for installing muzzle devices.
The two pins on the wrench for freefloat nuts are too short so I cut them off to get them out of the way.
The PRI wrench is probably the best AR-15 freefloat wrench for steel barrel nuts.
The YHM has nice long pins which is what you need if the freefloat barrel nut is aluminum.
Most freefloat barrel nuts take some sort of dedicated wrench though.
    I have them all.

    Most work performed while-you-wait.

its funny you mention this, because as i was looking around this morning the thought of buying individual tools crossed my mind. I have been busy with a new career, new child etc and have invested in any hobbies for bit and thought with a few extra bucks id like to start getting some more tools. I think I almost have more fun tinkering VS actually shooting, but I didnt say that. LOL
